Mick Barnbrook BNP and Jim Devine, Labour MP

I see that Jim Devine, the Labour MP for Livingston, along with two other Labour MPs and a Tory Peer are about to be charged under the Theft Act with false accounting. Hopefully, if found guilty they will be sentenced to the maximum term of seven years.

Describing his actions in whipping up a false invoice as "naive", Devine said;
"I was advised by a whip that I could do this... who said that you could move money about like this. I was told that was acceptable," he said.

Asked if he had "invented" a receipt for stationery when the actual expense was for staffing, Mr Devine said:
"It was not invented. "I would argue it was not a lie. I would argue that this was allowed at the time.

Now it should be clear to anyone that forging a document to obtain money is never acceptable. But that is not what this article about. It is about who brought Jim Devine and others to justice.

Well when I read the details I cast my mind back to some documents that had appeared in my files and looking at them again I discovered that Jim Devine's name was on a list of names that had been sent to the British National Party sleazebuster Michael Barnbrook by the Metropolitan Police acknowledging the fact that they had received all his correspondence to them, giving details of what laws Mr Barnbrook believed those on the list had broken.

So again the BNP spokesman on Law and Order, who almost single-handedly has brought several crooked politicians to justice has been ignored by The Establishment controlled media and given no credit for his public service in exposing these parasite politicians who are were not content with their over generous salaries and legitimate expenses.

Then looking through my documents, I am reminded that it was again Mick Barnbrook BNP who helped bring down Deputy London Mayor Ian Clement who was sentenced to 12 weeks jail suspended for falsifying documents to make a financial gain. Why Clement did not receive the full 7 years imprisonment is beyond my understanding.
