UK "racket of forced adoptions" occurring in tens of thousands

In any other language you'd call it kidnapping, but if the state does it,
then what do we call it.

As this report shows, parents are having their children taken into 'care' by the UK Govt in a somewhat bizarre belief that the kids will somehow be better off with what the report says is a 'racket of forced adoption'.
