When Prescott pre-empted any further attack with a punch, he wasn't arrested or charged. Bob Bailey defended
himself from further attack, after being spat in his face, so why should he now have been arrested? Or is it
only BNP members that aren't allowed to defend themselves?
At the end of the Prescott video, the woman who's speaking says: "Lawyers think it very unlikely that Mr Prescott
could be charged."
Clearly the two situations are virtually identical in the way Prescott automatically lashed out after having an
egg thrown at him, and Bob Bailey lashed out when a Muslim spat in his face.
The two incidents show us that the state apparatus is happily engaged in attacking the British National Party,
that we have absolutely no police protection or any sense of justice available to us, and that every person in
the country must simply accept it when a Muslim spits in their face or be arrested as a consequence of
retaliating like John Prescott and Bob Bailey both did. Only there is one law for them, and there's another
for us.
